Pastors Gabriel and Amanda Gauthier serve as senior leaders of the our church. After starting their family in Miami, Florida, they chose to return to Buffalo (where Pastor Gabriel was born and raised) and committed to continuing the legacy that was started with his grandfather. They had served as youth pastors and associate pastors in Miami, FL.

During their time as pastors, they have already applied their leadership development, teaching and prophetic gifts to the local body, and look forward to advancing God’s kingdom in the great City of Buffalo.

Bishop Angel and Midiam Gauthier have been in ministry for more than 35 years. In 1989, they founded the Prince of Peace Christian Church along with their three children, Nidiam, Angel Jr. and Gabriel. They received a special word from God to minister to the hopeless and afflicted, so they responded and haven’t looked back ever since.

Their vision for other countries has paved the way for founding the ‘Mission of Mercy’ trips to Haiti, Mexico, East Africa and Central America. He considers it a privilege to be able to affect and influence other cultures through a powerful word of restoration.

In September 2017, after Hurricane Maria devastated their homeland of Puerto Rico, they founded the Wings of Compassion Ministry. Through this ministry, they have been able to reach families displaced by the hurricane, still without basic daily needs, and ministry to the broken-hearted.

Kyle and Nee’am Berrios are the Youth Directors of Ignite Youth Ministry, where they and their team passionately lead the youth of Prince of Peace. They are passionate about seeing young people grow in their walk with God and communicating God’s Word in compelling and relevant ways.

Born and raised in Buffalo, Kyle learned how community leaders are necessary when faced with struggles as a teen without guidance that led to many bad decisions, ultimately bringing him to the feet of Jesus at the age of 17. Kyle grew as a believer and a local leader almost immediately. By the age of 19, he was leading the multimedia department and grew in the calling of Youth Director in September 2015, that birthed the Ignite Youth Ministry, alongside his – now – wife Nee’am. Currently, Kyle and Nee’am are ministering to the Ignite Youth on a weekly basis and also organize “Surrender Night” quarterly joining local Youth Ministries to gather and worship as one body in Christ.
